It's hard to review the product that I've never received. Customer service is terrible. I had to write numerous emails, messages through Facebook (never really got any response) to finally receive a parcel after more than a month and with wrong product inside (ordered a lip balm but received a face mask .....) . And I only received it because I threaten that I will take this complaint further to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. Will never ever buy again and wouldn't recommend anyone buying through this site.

Such a lovely product! Makes my lips look plump and hydrated. Definitely would recommend

First time buying the banana lip balm ,thought it would be much more scented with banana but sadly not and my tube seemed to gave hardly in it ,wouldn’t purchase again very disappointed

Very disappointed: the balm had a lovely banana smoothie scent, came exactly as pictured, and had a gorgeous buttery texture to it. However, within less than a minute of application, the entire thing would dry up and leave your lips even dryer than they were before.
I then tried using it as an overnight lip sleeping mask (as I've found that sometimes drying lip balms with nice textures actually work much better as overnight balms), it barely had an effect: while it wouldn't leave my lips dry, it also wouldn't leave them hydrated as well.
Went straight into the bin, don't waste your money!

This is great stuff, so moisturising without being greasy. Smells gorgeous and not at all over powering. I love the packaging but for practicality I can’t see I will be able to squeeze it all out. I envisage a lot of waste as I get down to the last bit.
Would love this product in a pot that I could get every last scrap out of.
